SAN FRANCISCO, CA - November 5, 2008 - O’Melveny and Myers LLP is pleased to announce that Kenneth L. Nissly, Susan van Keulen, and Geoffrey H. Yost, three experienced and highly talented intellectual property litigators, will join O’Melveny & Myers as partners in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice group. “We are delighted to welcome Ken, Susan, and Geoff to our global patent and technology litigation practice,” said Darin Snyder, Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice. “The addition of this very talented group of lawyers is a natural progression for O’Melveny and part of the Firm’s strategic priority to expand our Intellectual Property and Technology practice. We are confident that the deep experience that these lawyers bring in the high tech and complex IP litigation arena will enhance our ability to serve our large and growing stable of brand name global technology clients.”
