Brad Okun

Brad Okun is a partner in O’Melveny’s New York office and Chair of the Firm’s Tax Practice.  His practice involves providing analysis and advice for specific transactions and the day-to-day challenges of operating under complex tax laws. 

Brad has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporation restructuring, corporate finance, limited liability companies and partnerships, and cross-border investing.

Brad has been a frequent lecturer in many areas of taxation.
