David A. Krinsky

David Krinsky is a partner in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. His practice is focused on both public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. He is general outside counsel to a significant number of public companies whom he regularly counsels on matters ranging from corporate governance to regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. David is currently a member of the firm’s executive management team and has previously served as the global head of the firm’s Transactions Department.

David spends significant time on counseling Boards of Directors, CEOs, and executive management teams regarding strategic business/legal issues facing entrepreneurs on a daily basis as they develop and expand their growing businesses. David’s membership on Boards of Directors and Compensation and Audit Committees of two NYSE companies has gained him invaluable perspective in helping him provide sound business judgment and a practical approach to issues.
