Jay Herron is a partner in O'Melveny's Newport Beach office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He is a business and securities lawyer representing a broad range of private and public companies. He assists clients in early financing rounds, preparing to go public, raising capital through private and public offerings, selecting and implementing equity-based incentive compensation plans, and acquiring and selling businesses.
