Neil Campbell is a partner in O'Melveny's Hong Kong office and a member of the Investment Funds and Securitization Practice. He has been involved in securitization transactions in the UK and Europe as well as leading teams which were involved in some of the first securitizations in Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. Recent transactions include the largest securitization in Asia to date, the Dynasty Assets CMBS transaction (the first CMBS securitizing PRC property) and Yen ticket receivables deals for Korean Airlines and Asiana Airlines. In addition, he has advised on securitizations for most of the prominent Asian arrangers and issuers.

Neil is one of Asia's leading securitization and structured finance lawyers and he is ranked in the IFLR 1000 and Chambers Global for structured finance and securitization. He has won several awards for transactions, including Dynasty Assets, Indocoal and Korean Air Lines.
