Newman to Speak at ABA Annual Conference on Current Compliance Issues

O’Melveny partner Kimberly Newman (DC) will be speaking at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law 3rd Annual CLE Conference on November 5 in Washington, DC. Newman will be participating on a panel entitled, “Navigating the E-Discovery Minefield: Latest Developments and Current Compliance Issues.” In addition to Newman, panelists include: Hon. John M.
