The Recruitment Process
We care deeply about recruiting law students who will thrive at O’Melveny: those who embody our firm values and will contribute to our culture. The first step in the recruitment process is a screening, which includes playing pymetrics games (learn more about pymetrics on the next tab), followed by a callback interview with several lawyers that typically lasts 2-3 hours. You’ll be notified about the status of your candidacy as soon as possible after the callback visit.
