10th Annual Government Enforcement Institute: False Claims Act Developments

O’Melveny partner Danny Ashby will be a guest speaker at the University of Texas School of Law’s 10th Annual Government Enforcement Institute (UTGEI), which brings together leading enforcement practitioners, in-house counsel, compliance professionals, and top agency personnel to discuss key issues and strategies for protecting companies and executives in government investigations.
Ashby represents both corporations and individuals in SEC investigations, False Claims Act matters, and parallel civil/criminal investigations and proceedings. He will join a panel discussion exploring current developments under the False Claims Act.
