Senior counsel Coke Morgan Stewart will serve as a panelist during the ‘Judges Panel—Perspectives from Both Sides of the Bench’ session at the 34th Annual Intellectual Property Section Seminar. The panel will discuss IP-related topics from the viewpoint of those hearing the cases in the Eastern District of Virginia.
The 2023 seminar will explore the latest developments in intellectual property law and provide networking opportunities for peers. This year’s program agenda includes:
- How to handle intellectual property assets in succession planning and trust administration
- Ethical considerations when appearing before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
- A panel of Eastern District of Virginia judges and a practitioner discussing IP-related topics from their differing perspectives
