GRA: 2024 SGMA Implementation Summit and Workshop

O’Melveny partner Russ McGlothlin will be a guest speaker at the annual SGMA Implementation Summit this June. McGlothlin is an experienced water resources attorney who advises clients on water use and high stakes groundwater management matters in California and the western United States. He is highly active in the development of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, as well as laws designed to reform judicial procedures related to groundwater basin disputes.
