This presentation puts a spin on a traditional Supreme Court review, with a focus on major legal developments at the Supreme Court, including those that impact matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the LGBTQ+ community. This program aims to further inclusiveness and equity among lawyers by anchoring and contextualizing the impact of recent decisions from the LGBTQ+ perspective, offering insight into specific areas of legal analysis and a discussion of key issues.
