O’Melveny’s Annual Labor & Employment Update

January 25, 2024

O’Melveny hosted its annual series on key corporate issues, regulatory updates, and jurisprudence in the labor relations and employment law arenas.

This year, we offered four sessions to O’Melveny clients and friends, focusing on important developments in federal law and in California, New York, and Texas. During each session, we reviewed and analyzed critical labor and employment case law from 2023, recent legislative changes impacting employment, and anticipated legal and regulatory developments in 2024.

Each session below is eligible for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit in California and Texas and 1.0 hour of Professional Practice CLE credit in New York. O’Melveny & Myers LLP is an accredited provider of CLE in California, New York, and Texas. CLE applications will be filed in other jurisdictions upon request.
