Another Trifecta: O’Melveny Again Sweeps “Quality of Life” Categories in Vault’s 2025 Law Firm Survey

NEW YORK—June 26, 2024—For the third time since 2020, O’Melveny has achieved a “trifecta” in Vault’s annual survey of law firm associates, once again earning #1 rankings across all three of Vault’s major categories: “Best Law Firm to Work For,” “Best Overall Diversity,” and “Best Summer Associate Program.”
This marks the 10th consecutive year that Vault has named O’Melveny one of the nation’s Top Three “Best Law Firms To Work For”—an industry record. And this marks the eighth straight year that O’Melveny has finished in the Top Three for “Best Overall Diversity.”
O’Melveny also secured #1 rankings in 11 critically important Quality of Life subcategories, including “Quality of Work,” “Firm Culture,” “Wellness,” “Career Outlook,” “Satisfaction,” “Transparency,” and “Technology & Innovation.” These rankings reflect O’Melveny’s holistic efforts to continually understand and support the needs of its people.
Vault also ranked O’Melveny #1 in the “Racial & Ethnic Diversity” subcategory—an important measure of the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion for every member of the O’Melveny community.
