D Magazine: Kelsey French Named to Best Lawyers Under 40

O’Melveny associate Kelsey French has been named to D Magazine’s 2024 list of “Best Lawyers Under 40.” Based in the firm’s Dallas office, French represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, public and private companies, institutional investors, and other clients in complex business transactions. In 2023, French co-led the O’Melveny team that advised Dataprise, a premier provider of managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud solutions, on its acquisition of RevelSec, a security-first managed service provider headquartered in Texas.
