O’Melveny partner Daniel Petrocelli has been named to the Daily Journal’s 2024 list of “Leading Commercial Litigators.” The Daily Journal lauded Petrocelli, who serves as O’Melveny’s vice chair and chair of the firm’s Trial Practice, for his work in an array of headline-making matters. “We won very significant victories in confidential arbitrations involving well-known intellectual property for our studio clients,” Petrocelli said. “We also achieved important settlements in high-profile cases, including for singer/songwriter Kesha in resolving her long-standing litigation with Dr. Luke.”
