Global Competition Review: GCR 100 2024

Global Competition Review (GCR) has ranked O’Melveny as “Highly Recommended” in the regions of California, New York, Washington, DC, and China. GCR noted an array of the O’Melveny Antitrust Team’s achievements across the regions, including: securing a not-guilty verdict for former Pilgrim’s Pride chief executive Jayson Penn in litigation over broiler chickens; winning a jury verdict for American Airlines after accusing Sabre of using restrictive contracts to harm competition in the travel industry; defending Bittrex over monopolization and market manipulation claims related to a type of stablecoin; and advising Asiana Airlines on its US$1.4 billion sale to Korean Air.
