O’Melveny partner and global co-chair of the firm’s Aviation Group Mark Robertson has been named a 2024 Law360 Transportation MVP. Robertson was recognized for his work defending various airlines from proposed class actions and other litigation over employment issues. “It’s interesting, fun work that people want to do because the airline industry is always in the news, and something everyone can relate to because most everyone flies now,” Robertson said.
