An O’Melveny team led by partners Anton Metlitsky, Adam Karr, and David Marroso received a “Litigator of the Week Runners-Up” nod by Law.com for securing a ruling knocking out a nearly US$60 million judgment against North American Title Company in a wage-and-hour lawsuit originally filed 19 years ago. The O’Melveny team also included counsel Jenya Godina.
