O’Melveny Highly Ranked in Benchmark Litigation US 2024

NEW YORK—October 9, 2023—O’Melveny earned top honors for eight of its practice areas and 50 of its lawyers from Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys.
O’Melveny was ranked in the areas of Antitrust & Competition; General Litigation; Insurance; Labor & Employment; Dispute Resolution; and Securities Litigation. Two of those practice areas were ranked in Benchmark’s “Tier 1:” General Litigation (National) and Labor & Employment (National). O’Melveny was also highly recommended for Dispute Resolution in California and Dispute Resolution in Washington, DC.
In addition, O’Melveny lawyers earned nine “National Practice Area Star” rankings, 32 “Litigation Star” rankings, and seven “Labor & Employment Star” rankings.
