O’Melveny Once Again Earns Top Marks for LGBTQ Equality from Human Rights Campaign

NEW YORK—January 28, 2021—For the ninth consecutive year, O’Melveny received the best possible score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
In addition to a perfect CEI score, O’Melveny also earned the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

The 2021 CEI evaluated LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, and corporate social responsibility.
