O’Melveny Partner Jennifer Taylor Inducted into American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

O’Melveny partner Jennifer Taylor has been inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. The Board of Regents approves the invitation-only nominations and election to the College is restricted to commercial finance lawyers, jurists, and academics who have not only achieved preeminence in the field of commercial finance law, but who also have demonstrated the highest ethical and moral standards, excellent character, and impacted the education of others in the field by contributing to the promotion of learning and scholarship through teaching, lecturing, or published writings.

Taylor holds notable experience negotiating various debt financing transactions including leveraged buyouts, asset-based facilities, and secured financings such as mezzanine loans and DIP financing for debtors in bankruptcy. She is also a member of O’Melveny’s Crypto & Blockchain and Emerging Technologies industry groups.

The ACCFL, founded in 1991 by a group of lawyers active on the Commercial Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, is a professional organization dedicated to highlighting the commercial finance law arena, supporting its development and offering a venue to promote and celebrate outstanding achievements. “The College has inducted nearly 300 preeminent practitioners and scholars as Fellows and has firmly established itself not only as a prominent honorary society of remarkable collegiality, but importantly also as a learned, active and influential participant in the field of commercial finance law.”
