The publication highlighted the O’Melveny team that secured a unanimous ruling in favor of client and Chubb affiliate Vigilant Insurance Co. at the California Supreme Court in a coverage dispute with Another Planet Entertainment LLC over losses sustained during the COVID-19 pandemic. The O’Melveny team was led by partner Jonathan Hacker and counsel Jenya Godina.
