O’Melveny was featured in The American Lawyer's January 10 edition of its Litigator of the Week “Runners-Up and Shout-Outs” column. The publication highlighted the O’Melveny team that secured the dismissal of a proposed class action alleging that Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion violated antitrust law in medical debt reports. The O’Melveny team representing TransUnion was led by partner Stephen McIntyre and included partners Ian Simmons, Elizabeth McKeen, and Danielle Morris.
