An O’Melveny team including partners Liz Dubeck, Eric Richards, Jaroslaw Hawrylewicz, counsel Sarah Hoffner, Scott Snyder, associates Emma Byrd, and Alyx Bogus advised the JFK Millennium Partners consortium on the New York Transportation Development Corporation’s US$1.95 billion green bond issuance for the JFK International Airport Terminal 6 redevelopment project, and the matter has now been recognized as the 2025 Green Financing Deal of the Year by The Bond Buyer. The financing advances a high-efficiency terminal program featuring rooftop solar, fully electric ground support, and stormwater capture and reuse.
