Center for Reproductive Rights: Idaho Court Rejects State’s Attempt to Throw out Case Brought by Women Denied Abortions

An Idaho court ruled that a lawsuit filed by the Center for Reproductive Rights, O’Melveny, and Nevin, Benjamin & McKay LLP on behalf of four women who were denied abortions can proceed to trial.
