Daily Business Review: Florida Seeks to End Redistricting Lawsuit

The Florida House and Secretary of State Cord Byrd asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit challenging four congressional districts and seven House districts as racially gerrymandered. The plaintiffs are represented by attorneys from the ACLU Foundation of Florida and the law firms Vasquez Segarra LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
