Global Legal Chronicle: Allegro MicroSystems US$420 Million Acquisition of Crocus Technology

O’Melveny advised Crocus, a leader in advanced Tunnel Magnetoresistance (“TMR”) sensor technology, in its US$420 million acquisition by Allegro MicroSystems. The transaction was announced on August 8 and is expected to close by the end of 2023, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The O’Melveny team was led by partner Brad Finkelstein, counsel Tim Hagen and Rayna Sparkes, and associate Christina X. Meng.
