O’Melveny represented Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with Easterly Government Properties’ US$400 million revolving credit facility. The facility includes an accordion feature that allows the company to request additional lender commitments of up to US$250 million for a total of US$650 million. The O’Melveny team was led by New York Real Estate partner Malcolm Montgomery and counsel Anthony Roselle.
