O’Melveny advised San Francisco-based Gladly, a personalized customer service software company, on the launch of Gladly Sidekick, a new AI and automation platform that enables brands to scale their customer service through personalized self-service. The launch was announced on July 13. The O’Melveny team was led by Silicon Valley partners Warren Lazarow and Wenting Yu, counsel Keith Guo, and associates Lauren Stamey and Kayla Tanaka.
