O’Melveny advised INEOS, a global petrochemicals manufacturer, on its agreement with Trillium Renewable Chemicals to establish INEOS Nitriles’ Green Lake facility in Port Lavaca, Texas as the world’s first demonstration plant for converting plant-based glycerol into acrylonitrile. The O’Melveny team was led by partners Phillip Oldham and Adit Khorana, and counsel Alex Witschey.
