The Second Circuit confirmed the dismissal of a securities class action against Waterdrop Inc., finding that the claims failed to prove that the company’s initial public offering registration statement was misleading. Waterdrop and the other defendants are represented by Jonathan Rosenberg and Abby F. Rudzin of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
