US District Judge John J. Tharp Jr. granted summary judgment to American Airlines Inc. and Twin Hill Acquisition Co. Inc. on claims brought by six individual bellwether plaintiffs over allegedly toxic employee uniforms. American Airlines is represented by Mark W. Robertson, Charles J.
