Law360: Calif. High Court Deals Loss To Policyholder In COVID-19 Suit

The California Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Another Planet Entertainment LLC failed to demonstrate “direct physical loss or damage to property” stemming from COVID-19, confirming that Chubb unit Vigilant Insurance Co. is not responsible for Another Planet’s losses during the pandemic.
