O’Melveny advised Liberty Media on its agreement to acquire Dorna Sports, S.L., the exclusive commercial rights holder to the MotoGP™ World Championship, from Bridgepoint and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for US$4.5 billion. The O’Melveny team was led by partner and Corporate Department co-chair C. Brophy Christensen, and partners Brad Finkelstein, Andrew Weiler, Noah Kornblith, and Robert Wann.
