O’Melveny partner Hassen Sayeed has been named to Law360’s 2024 Intellectual Property Editorial Board which provides feedback and insight on the publication’s current work and how best to shape its future coverage.
Dr. Hassen Sayeed is an experienced trial lawyer and one of the few patent litigators in the United States with a medical degree. He is also widely recognized for his work on cases arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Sayeed is a frequent speaker on developments in patent law and an active member of the IP community, including for championing increasing diversity and inclusion in the bar. He previously served as a Global Fellow of the Federal Circuit Bar Association and on the IPO President’s Task Force for Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership.
