Law360: O’Melveny Advises Citibank On US$5B REIT Credit Facility

O’Melveny represented Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with a US$5 billion unsecured senior revolving credit facility for Alexandria Real Estate Equities. The financing matures in January 2029 and has two six-month extension options, subject to certain conditions. Alexandria has the ability to increase its credit facility by up to US$1 billion. The O’Melveny team was led by New York-based real estate partner Malcolm Montgomery and senior counsel Lance Levine.
