Thomas Asmar has joined O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office as a partner in the Tax Practice and a member of the Executive Compensation Group. Tom is a skilled lawyer with 25 years of experience advising public and private companies, as well as private equity and alternative investment funds, on compensation arrangements and benefits matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and other corporate transactions. O’Melveny chair Bradley J. Butwin said that the addition of Asmar “strengthens the depth and capacity of our talented Executive Compensation team.
