Swift Current Energy announced that its 197 MW Castle Gap Wind project in Central Texas is now operational and providing power to Target Corporation. Goldman Sachs provided the tax equity for the project. O’Melveny & Myers LLP served as legal advisor to Goldman Sachs on the transaction.
