O’Melveny announced that a trio of finance lawyers specializing in private credit transactions—Glen K. Lim, Brian S. Stern, and Daniel C. Tola—have joined the firm’s Los Angeles and Century City offices as partners in the Corporate Finance Practice. “Direct lending private credit has become increasingly sophisticated,” Lim said. O’Melveny chair Bradley Butwin said that “continuing to expand our corporate finance practice is a key priority for our firm.”
