The Deal: TXO Grows in Williston Basin With Twin Acquisitions

O’Melveny advised Eagle Mountain Energy Partners, a portfolio company of Dallas-based investment firm Pearl Energy Investments, on its agreement with TXO Partners, L.P. to sell the Elm Coulee field in Montana and the Russian Creek field in North Dakota for total cash consideration of US$225 million and 2.5 million common units of TXO, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
