The Deal: YETI to Expand Board in Engaged Settlement

YETI Holdings, Inc. announced that it has appointed J. Magnus Welander and Arne Arens to its Board of Directors, effective March 24, 2025. YETI also announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with stockholder Engaged Capital, LLC. O’Melveny partners Bradley L. Finkelstein and Robert T. Plesnarski serve as legal counsel to YETI.
