The threat of cybersecurity attacks on the United States and western allies has become more acute in the wake of Russia’s military action against Ukraine. The National Law Journal spoke with O’Melveny counsel John Dermody on the vulnerabilities of US stakeholders. “The conflict in Ukraine changes the current threat posture in the United States—whether you’re a government entity, a government contractor or even the private sector,” Dermody said. Dermody added, “What we really try to encourage our clients to do is promote cyber resilience.”
