O’Melveny Advises on US$210 Million Share Placement for Time Interconnect Technology

HONG KONG—February 20, 2026—O’Melveny represented Macquarie, as overall coordinator, sole placing agent, and sole capital market intermediary, in the share placement for Time Interconnect Technology Limited (“Company”, 1729.HK) under the general issuance mandate. The Company placed 108,000,000 new shares at HK$15.22 per placing share, raising gross proceeds of approximately HK$1.6438 billion (approximately US$210 million).
The placement was announced on February 10, 2026 and completed on February 20, 2026. The Company indicated the proceeds will be used primarily to support strategic investments and acquisitions, global business expansion, and general corporate purposes.
