CENTURY CITY—October 21, 2020—O’Melveny advised Windy City Wire Cable & Technology Products, LLC, a leading value-add distributor of premium quality, low voltage wire and cable, in its sale to Diploma PLC.
The transaction closed October 16, 2020.
Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Bolingbrook, Illinois, Windy City Wire has a suite of trademarked brands and patented products and provides the industry's most comprehensive cable management system.
Diploma PLC is an international group of businesses supplying specialized technical products and services.
The O’Melveny team representing Windy City was led by Century City M&A partner David Smith and counsel Shawmir Naeem.
