O’Melveny Represents Vigonvita Life Sciences in Approximately HK$600 Million Hong Kong IPO

Transaction marks O’Melveny’s 20th Chapter 18A Hong Kong listing

HONG KONG—November 6, 2025—O’Melveny represented Vigonvita Life Sciences Co., Ltd. (“Vigonvita”, 2630.HK) in its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total offering size was approximately HK$600 million. O’Melveny acted as Vigonvita’s Hong Kong and U.S. counsel.
Established in 2013, Vigonvita is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery, acquisition, development and commercialization of small molecule drugs in 3 focused therapeutic areas, namely neuropsychiatry, reproductive health and viral infection.
CITIC Securities acted as the sole sponsor; CLSA, CICC, ABCI Capital and China Galaxy International Securities acted as the overall coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for this IPO.
This marks O’Melveny’s 20th Chapter 18A listing since the introduction of Chapter 18A into Hong Kong’s Main Board Listing Rules in 2018. O’Melveny has advised on over 25% of all biotech listings under Chapter 18A, and represented the issuer on 18 IPOs.
