O’Melveny Represents Yonghe Medical in US$192 Million Hong Kong IPO

HONG KONG—DECEMBER 13, 2021—O’Melveny recently represented Yonghe Medical Group Co., Ltd. (2279.HK) in its HK$1.49 billion (approximately US$192 million) initial public offering and listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option, the offering size will be HK$1.72 billion (approximately US$220 million).
O’Melveny advised Yonghe Medical on both Hong Kong and U.S. laws. Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acted as the joint sponsors and joint global coordinators.
Yonghe Medical is the largest hair-related healthcare service provider in China. It offers one-stop hair-related healthcare services covering hair transplant, medical hair care, and routine hair restoration services. Currently, an increasing number of people are suffering from alopecia and other hair problems. Yonghe Medical has been dedicated to providing professional and high-quality hair-related healthcare services to clients for over ten years, and is the most renowned brand in China’s hair-related healthcare service market.
