O’Melveny Welcomes Leading New York Corporate Finance Partner Robert Wann Jr.

NEW YORK—March 6, 2023—O’Melveny announced today that Robert Wann Jr. has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Corporate Finance Practice Group, strengthening O’Melveny’s complex finance capabilities in the world’s most active deal market.

Wann is a trusted advisor to public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and banks on financing transactions, particularly on leveraged finance and acquisition financings. He also advises clients on high-yield and investment-grade bonds, syndicated loans, club loans, tender offers, exchange offers, and cross-border transactions. He comes to O’Melveny from the New York office of Baker Botts.

Wann has been recognized by the International Financial Law Review for his work on the publication’s 2012 Private Equity Deal of the Year: EP Energy LLC's bond acquisition financing for EP Energy Corporation. His experience spans an array of industries, including telecommunications, media, technology, financial services, energy, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
