Adam Walker is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. Adam represents clients in a broad range of litigation and investigatory matters, including antitrust litigation and regulatory investigations, product liability and consumer protection litigation, and false claims and white collar investigations. His experience spans an array of industries, including digital currencies, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and automobiles.

Adam has represented clients at every stage of government investigations and litigation. He has been a key team member in investigations that required quickly understanding and developing complex factual narratives in a range of industries; drafted successful motions, including dispositive motions; supported and second-chaired depositions for client witnesses; and was part of a trial team that successfully opposed a restructuring plan supported by all creditors in a significant bankruptcy matter. Adam has helped secure dismissals of class action, personal injury, and wrongful death cases against car manufacturers and distributors at the pleading stage. Adam is a key member of the team defending a major international bank in a series of antitrust and False Claims Act class actions alleging that banks conspired to inflate bond interest rates.

In addition, Adam maintains an active pro bono practice representing indigent clients, including successfully representing a prisoner who was incarcerated for decades in a parole hearing and working with the Legal Aid Society of New York to challenge the New York Police Department’s DNA collection practices.
