Alaina Flores is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Century City office. Alaina’s practice involves white collar investigations, insurance defense, and litigating mass tort claims. Alaina’s experience includes representing insurance companies, real estate developers, and private equity firms in high-stakes, complex litigation.
Alaina has a robust pro bono practice that focuses on representing indigent criminal defense clients and helping victims of crime obtain U-visas and green cards.
Alaina graduated from USC Gould School of Law in 2022 and was selected to join the Order of the Coif. While at USC, Alaina served as a Topic Editor of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and as a JD Legal Writing Fellow.
