Alexander C. Miller is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Alexander has experience in a range of matters, including securities fraud, class actions, mass torts, corporate investigations, and government enforcement actions. Alexander represents industry leaders in the banking, financial services, and retail and consumer products fields.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Alexander interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Civil Division and the Securities and Exchange Commission’s New York Regional Office, Enforcement Division.
